Pear and apricot muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s), ripe
  • 2 apricots, dried (soft apricots)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 250 ml whey
  • 1 tsp flaxseed, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

warm, sweet start to the day

Wash the pear and slice it into wedges. Finely dice the apricots. Bring both to a boil with honey, apple juice, and lemon juice, then let stand on the turned-off stovetop for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add the oats and flaxseed, if desired, and pour over as much whey as you like. Serve it hot; this warms the muesli and makes it taste even better!
