Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 vanilla pod(s)

Anti-bag pudding
Break the chocolate into small pieces. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy (use less sugar if necessary). Mix 1/8 liter of milk with the cornstarch. Add the chocolate to the remaining milk and heat. Add the seeds and scraped vanilla pod. Bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the cornstarch and simmer until thickened (careful, it goes very quickly!). Remove the vanilla pod and the pan from the heat. Add the egg mixture; do not boil any further. Stir a little longer and enjoy.
