- 5 boneless chicken thighs (Pollo fino)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
“Tbsp” refers to the measuring scoops included with the appliance. Wash the Pollo Fino and place them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the Pollo Fino. Place the Pollo Fino in the Actifry. Cooking time with the stirring arm: approximately 20 minutes. Cooking time without the stirring arm: approximately 40 minutes. The chicken pieces must be moved every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking. No additional oil is required for this dish.
