Banana yogurt with oat flakes and bran

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp bran
  • 150 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 100 g quark, 0.3% fat
  • ½ banana(s), 75 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the yogurt and low-fat quark in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork in a soup bowl and stir into the yogurt. Mix the banana yogurt with the oat flakes and bran and enjoy.
