Pear muesli with quark, oat flakes and almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 150 g quark, 0.3% fat
  • 12 g almond sticks
  • some mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and dice the pear. Whisk the low-fat quark with a little mineral water until creamy, then stir in the pear pieces and oat flakes. Toast the almond slivers in a pan without oil and scatter them over the quark.
