Pancake Fruit Skewers

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Oil for baking
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas

  1. First mix the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, salt and baking powder into a foamy mass without lumps. If the mixture seems too runny, add a little more flour.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and then use a teaspoon to add small blobs. Then fry the pancakes until golden brown on each side, remove and allow to cool.

  1. The bananas and strawberries are cut into slices. To prevent the banana slices from turning brown, you can drizzle them with lemon juice before skewering them. 2 pancakes are coated with Nutella and put together.
