Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- n. B. Oil
- 200 g sour cream
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 60 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 90 g feta cheese
- 20 g almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with almonds
Finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic. Then add the broccoli and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook over low heat until the broccoli is tender. Season with salt and pepper. Dice the feta cheese and place it in a baking dish with the broccoli. Sprinkle with the Emmental cheese and top with the almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
