  • chili oil
  • tarragon
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

plump, fruity-tasting zucchini vegetables

Preparation: Halve the zucchini and cut into long slices. Slice or ring the apple and drizzle with plenty of lime juice. Directions: Fry the zucchini slices in chili oil (mix with neutral oil if it’s too spicy). Sprinkle generously with tarragon and season lightly with salt. Turn over several times. Just before they’re done, add the apple slices. The apples should only be left in for a short time; they should just warm up. And just like that, the vegetables are ready. Arrange them in attractive layers on the plate and serve immediately. This creates an incredible sequence of flavors on the palate.
