Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ small turnip(s), approx. 300 g
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs, if possible 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp potato flour
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- possibly herbs of Provence, ground
- possibly parsley or chives
- 1 tbsp oil, for frying
- possibly garlic
Instructions

WW-suitable, for low-fat diets
Coarsely grate the swede and grate the onion into the pan. Separate the eggs and add the yolks. Stir in the pepper, salt, vegetable stock, and potato flour. Add a little garlic and herbs of your choice, if desired! Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in! Fry in batches in a little rapeseed oil until golden brown and enjoy! The swede needs a savory seasoning, unless you’re planning on using it with sweet side dishes! It’s really worth a try!
