Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence or Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 2 tbsp mustard, sweet, grainy
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 45 minutes
Mix the marinade ingredients, pour over the drumsticks, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
