Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour (wholemeal spelt)
  • 100 g flour (whole wheat or buckwheat – if possible)
  • 80 g sesame seeds
  • 80 g sunflower seeds
  • 80 g flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (fruit or wine vinegar)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • Fat for the bread pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy, super tasty, super healthy

Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water. Add all the other ingredients and knead thoroughly with a mixer (dough hook). Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and place it in a cold oven. Bake for one hour at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Immediately turn out onto a wire rack and let cool. Tip: Place a heatproof cup of water in the oven.
