Taco Night

Halve the unpeeled pineapple lengthwise, including the green part, then quarter each half lengthwise, and rub the flesh with olive oil. Season with salt and place on a baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Arrange the pineapple wedges on a platter and sprinkle with chili flakes. Note: The pineapple core will soften during braising in the hot oven and can be eaten without any problems. Tip: The spicy oven-baked pineapple goes wonderfully with Mexican tacos.
