Orange – Pomegranate – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 8 dates, dried and pitted
  • 4 tbsp orange blossom water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the oranges and remove the white inner pith. Cut into chunks. Cut the pomegranates open and remove the seeds. Finely chop the dates. Mix the oranges, pomegranate seeds, dates, and orange blossom water. Let stand for a few hours before serving.
