- 1 apple (e.g. Braeburn)
- some raisins
- some prunes
- 10 almonds
- 150 g yogurt (1.5%)
- some cinnamon powder
- possibly honey
Instructions

Peel the banana and slice it into fairly thin slices. Cut the apple into eighths, remove the core, and cut the slices into cubes of any size. Place the banana slices and apple cubes in a bowl, scatter the raisins, prunes, and almonds over the slices, and pour in the yogurt. Finally, sprinkle everything with a little cinnamon. Sweeten the fruit salad with honey if desired.
