Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 125 g sheep’s cheese, preferably crumbly
- some milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Whisk the eggs. Add the crumbled feta cheese, a little milk, pepper, and a pinch of salt, and mix well. Melt butter in a pan and fry half of the egg batter over low heat until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.
