Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- nutmeg
- possibly herbs

super quick, light side dish
Cut the zucchini into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices, then quarter the slices. Sauté everything in a pan with butter. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg, if desired. (You could, of course, add other herbs as well.) Let the zucchini cubes brown. I like to let them get really brown. This makes it more aromatic. This is a very quick, inexpensive, and popular side dish. Perfect for a healthy and fresh side dish after work.
