Hearty vegan pistachio spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of pistachios, roasted and salted
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 small cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • Herbal salt, or salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and wonderfully delicious spread or dip

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or immersion blender until smooth and season with herb salt. The consistency can be as smooth or coarse as you like. It can also be used as a pesto with pasta or as a dip.
