Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of natural yogurt, 150 g each
  • 3 cups flour (spelt wholemeal flour)
  • 2 cups of cane sugar
  • 1 cup of oil (safflower oil)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring or rum flavoring
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped
  • possibly chocolate, crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Then gradually add the other ingredients. Grease a cake pan and sprinkle with coconut flakes (or breadcrumbs). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes (test with a toothpick). As a variation, you can also add crumbled chocolate to the batter.
