Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups of natural yogurt, 150 g each
- 3 cups flour (spelt wholemeal flour)
- 2 cups of cane sugar
- 1 cup of oil (safflower oil)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring or rum flavoring
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- possibly chocolate, crumbled

First, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Then gradually add the other ingredients. Grease a cake pan and sprinkle with coconut flakes (or breadcrumbs). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes (test with a toothpick). As a variation, you can also add crumbled chocolate to the batter.
