Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sauerkraut, fresh
- 2 apples
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tsp fructose
- 2 tsp sauerkraut juice (or vinegar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp olive oil, cold-pressed
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roughly chop the sauerkraut and place it in a salad bowl. Wash and quarter the apples, remove the cores, and finely slice the quarters. Wash, trim, and finely grate the carrot, and add it as well. Wash and trim the spring onions, slice them, and add them. Mix the sugar with the sauerkraut juice, soy sauce, and oil, then pour the sauce over the remaining ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for a while. Dry roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and sprinkle them on top before serving.
