Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 500 g flour
- ½ liter of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and gradually add the flour, then add the milk. Carefully fold in the egg whites and bake in a hot, greased waffle iron.
