Giant beans with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can beans (giant), white, drained
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tuna in oil, drained
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Salad with beans and tuna

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for 3-4 hours. It’s delicious as an appetizer with fresh white bread.
