Creamed millet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g millet
  • 600 ml water
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Fruits, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring water to a boil and add the millet. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the millet swell and cool. Stir occasionally while cooling. Whip the cream until stiff, using the cream stabilizer if desired. While whipping, add the sugar to taste. Fold the cream into the cooled millet and serve garnished with fruit.
