Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cup of red fruit jelly (500 g each)
- 1 pack of waffles (soft waffles, 6 pieces)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Whip the cream, cream stiffener, and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the sour cream. Line a 35 x 25 cm rectangular baking dish with a layer of waffles. Spread about half of the cream and sour cream mixture on top. Add another layer of waffles, then the rest of the cream and sour cream mixture. Spread the red fruit compote on top and serve. Of course, you can also bake the waffles and/or make the red fruit compote yourself. This version is quicker and tastes just as delicious.
