Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small head of savoy cabbage
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp herbs (salad)
- 1 m.-sized apple
- olive oil
- herbal salt
- Paprika powder
- Vinegar (fruit)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cut the savoy cabbage into very fine strips and the apple into small cubes, and place them in a large enough bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
