Leek – Chinese cabbage – salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g remoulade
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, halve the leek lengthwise and then into thin half rings, season with salt and pepper. Mix the remoulade with the sour cream and add. Mix everything well; if it’s too dry, add a little more remoulade and sour cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
