Sausage in yeast dough, for 10 pieces
Put the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk and pour into the well. Stir in a little flour from the edge and cover. Let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Add the egg, salt and butter to the pre-dough and knead well, then let it rise for another 20 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles. Shape 70-80g of minced meat into a sausage and place on the narrow side. Roll up and press the ends and seams together firmly. Place on a baking tray and let it rise again. They will be quite large, so keep a distance between them. Brush with egg yolk before baking and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180°C until golden brown.
