Pasta with light minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 400 g cream cheese spread
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 500 g macaroni
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions. Fry the ground beef until golden brown. Wash the mushrooms, slice them, add them to the browned ground beef, and fry briefly. Then add the cream cheese to the pan and stir. Add the cream, season, bring to a boil, and season to taste. Drain the pasta. If you like, you can toss the pasta with the sauce. Serve with a delicious lettuce.
