Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g fresh ginger
- 100 g pineapple, fresh
- 50 g raw cane sugar, brown
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar rosso
- 4 tbsp curry powder, variety to taste
- 400 ml tomato ketchup, organic
- 4 sausages (Krakauer/Curry sausages)
- 2 tbsp oil, neutral

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fast food spiced up
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Finely dice the pineapple. Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil, stir in the sugar, add the pineapple and ginger, and simmer until the flesh breaks down slightly. Stir in the curry powder and ketchup. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Brown the sausages in the grill pan. Serve with the curry sauce. Serve with baguette or fries.
