Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g green spelt, ground
  • 40 g wheat flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 g margarine
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 20 g yeast
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Edam)
  • 100 g salami, in thin slices
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 2 onions, cut into rings
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare a yeast dough from the first 8 ingredients and let it rise until it has significantly increased in volume. Grease a springform pan and line it with the dough. Brush the dough with oil. Spread the tomatoes, onion rings, and sausage on top, sprinkle with pizza seasoning and grated cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. 8695 kJ, 2070 kcal, 82 g protein, 126 g fat, 138 g carbohydrates, 6 g fiber!
