quick and easy
First, thaw the puff pastry sheets for about 7 minutes until they are soft and pliable. Then, overlap the sides of the sheets (preferably on baking paper) and press down to form a square. Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary and spread it on the puff pastry sheets. Halve the mushrooms and sauté them briefly in a little fat with the bacon cubes until lightly browned. Spread them on the puff pastry. Peel the onion, slice it into fairly fine rings, and top the sheets with them. Finally, dice the mozzarella and spread it over the sheets. Finally, sprinkle with some rosemary and oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°-150°C (fan oven) on a rack lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the sheets are slightly crispy.
