Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 bunch of chives
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 6 tbsp cream
- 6 slices of sandwich toast
- 6 slices of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the cooked ham. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the chives. Mix everything in a large bowl, add the crème fraîche and grated cheese, and mix well again. If the mixture still seems too thick, add a little more cream. Spread the mixture on 6 large slices of toast (sandwich-sized). Preheat the oven to 200°C. Once the oven has reached the correct temperature, spread 1 tablespoon of cream over each slice of toast and place a slice of bacon on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
