Finger food, makes 10 pieces

Cut out small circles from the shortcrust pastry and line a silicone mold with the dough. Dice the ham, salami, and tomato. Mix with all the ingredients and pour into the prepared mold. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. They’re perfect as finger food or as a side dish to salad. These pizza tarts also taste great cold. They can also be prepared in advance and then briefly reheated in the oven.
