Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar tomato paste
  • 1 point mozzarella
  • 1 puff pastry roll
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the mozzarella and dice the bell peppers. Cut any size slices from the puff pastry and place them on baking paper. Thicken the dough a little at the edges of the slices so it doesn’t fall out later. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Spread the tomato paste over the slices. Sprinkle with the diced bell peppers. Cover with mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Bake until the pastry has risen slightly and the cheese has melted.
