Baked party rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g ham, raw or bacon cubes
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Gouda or Emmental)
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g cream
  • 20 rolls for baking (baguette rolls or ciabatta rolls)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great for preparing and also for freezing

Melt the butter and cream cheese over low heat. Dice the ham. Mix with all the ingredients (except the rolls, of course) and refrigerate for 12 hours; this is important! Cut the rolls open, spread a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each half, and bake in the oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes. The rolls are ready when the cheese is nicely browned. If you use baguette rolls, the mixture will naturally last less. I also serve the rolls for dinner with my family, making the whole batch and freezing the unused portion for another time. It works great.
