Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 handfuls of gratin cheese
  • 8 slice(s) salami (poultry salami), thinly sliced
  • 200 ml pizza sauce, spicy
  • some cucumber(s) (sandwich cucumbers)
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • some balsamic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tasty, cheap, fast and versatile

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the pizza sauce on the untoasted slices of bread, sprinkle with pizza seasoning, and top with the salami and cheese. Bake the pizza slices in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Serve the finished slices with the pickles, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
