Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 small can of peas with juice
- 1 small can of pineapple pieces with juice
- 1 jar tomato peppers with juice
- 1 small can of corn with liquid
- 1 large can of mushrooms without juice
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 bottle of curry ketchup
- 500 ml cream
- 250 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes
Dice the meat and onions, add all ingredients one by one to a roasting pan, stir, and cook with the lid closed at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 150 minutes, stirring occasionally.
