Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 150 g bacon, lean
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of ham
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 tsp herb cream cheese
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 slice(s) cheese, (toast cheese)
- 100 ml water
- 200 g cheese, grated
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Dice the bacon, onion, and ham and fry briefly in a little oil. Add the diced bell pepper and fry briefly. Pour in the cream, water, and broth and bring to a boil, then add the cream cheese. Simmer briefly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the toasted cheese and let it melt. Mix the sauce with the pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
