Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 bunch shallot(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g cheese, grated Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the cooked ham and shallots and mix with the cream cheese. Form the mixture into a ball. Place it on a plate and press the grated Gouda cheese all around it. Chill. Tastes great on all types of bread. Perfect for brunch or a party.
