Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small chicken breast fillets
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some parsley
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 50 ml Cremefine or cream
- 100 g herb cheese spread
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 50 g gratin cheese

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Low-carb
Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Wash the broccoli and separate the florets. Blanch the broccoli florets in plenty of salted water for 3-4 minutes and then refresh in iced water. Set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken. Add the onions and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze everything with the stock and add the Cremefine and cream cheese. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring, and simmer until the cream cheese has completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper, then add the broccoli. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
