Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta, short
- 150 g meat sausage
- ½ onion(s), red
- 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- some salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse, and drain well. Peel the sausage and cut into thin half slices. Slice the onion into thin strips. Whisk together the white wine vinegar, water, mustard, salt, and sugar. Stir in the oil. Mix in the sausage, onions, pasta, and chopped parsley. Season with salt, if desired.
