Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples, sour, e.g. Boskoop
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 orange(s)
- 2 nectarines
- 125 g green grapes
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 kiwis
- 100 g walnuts, halves
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Quarter the apples, peel them, and core them. Cut the apple quarters into bite-sized pieces and immediately drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Generously peel the orange and remove the white pith. Remove the segments from the membranes, reserving any juice that runs through them and squeezing any orange pulp. Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the stones, and cut the flesh into wedges. Wash and halve the grapes, removing any seeds if desired. Peel the banana and blend it with the honey, orange juice, and remaining lemon juice in a blender. Mix the fruit in a bowl and pour the banana sauce over it. Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the fruit salad along with the kiwis. Divide the salad between bowls, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with orange zest, if desired.
