Ham tortellini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of processed cheese (ham spread)
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini. Bring the sour cream, cream, spreadable cheese, mushrooms, and chopped ham to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and broth. Mix with the tortellini, place in a baking dish, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese has melted.
