Grandma's quick pasta salad 1

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta or croissant pasta)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large gherkin(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Chives, chopped
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise, (salad mayonnaise or Miracel Whip)
  • Vinegar
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and let cool. Dice the cooked ham, bell pepper, gherkin, and onion. Mix everything with the pasta and add the chives and parsley. Make a spicy sauce with the salad mayonnaise, natural yogurt, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper (you may want to add a little cucumber juice instead of or in addition to the vinegar). Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, cut them into quarters, and garnish the salad with them. This salad is so easy to prepare!
