Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can/s of mandarin orange(s), lightly sugared
  • 3 slice(s) cheese, (butter cheese)
  • 150 g sausage (turkey lyoner), in one piece
  • 250 g pasta (croissants)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, for a child’s birthday party

Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise in a large bowl. Drain the peas and add them. Chop the butter cheese and turkey lyonnaise and mix in. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water. Drain the pasta well and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients, mix, and finally fold in the mandarin oranges. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the mandarin orange juice and mix everything together again. You can either eat the salad right away or let it sit in the fridge for a while. Then save some of the mandarin orange juice and mix it into the salad before serving, as the pasta will still absorb liquid.
