Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g ladyfingers (ladyfingers)
- 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 2 pieces of vanilla yogurt, 180 g each
- 100 g blueberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with blueberries
Roughly crumble the ladyfingers and pour the liqueur over them, then let them stand for 10 minutes. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener according to the instructions until stiff, then stir in the yogurt. Ladle the cream and ladyfingers alternately into dessert glasses. Top with the blueberries. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
