  • 1 jar mustard, sweet, Bavarian
  • 2 bottles of Cremefine, for cooking, or cream

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 11 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 11 hours 35 minutes

Super quick and delicious!

Place the smoked pork slices in a shallow baking dish. Mix the Cremefine and mustard, season to taste, and adjust the spiciness to your liking. Pour the sauce over the smoked pork slices, ensuring they are well coated, and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 30 minutes. I serve it with rice or baguette.
