Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados, fully ripe
- some herb butter, in flakes
- 4 tbsp, heaped Gruyère, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the avocados lengthwise and remove them from the skin. Cut into approximately 5 mm thick slices. Arrange in a fan-shaped pattern in ovenproof bowls. Spread the herb butter over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
