Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 slice(s) whole wheat toast (sandwich toast)
- 2 carambola(s)
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp cranberry jam
- 2 slices of cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Toast the toast. Slice the carambola. First, place half of the carambola on the toast, then scatter the pomegranate seeds and cranberries on top. Finally, arrange the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with the remaining carambola.
