simple, fast

Peel the potatoes and slice thinly. Prepare the spinach. Thoroughly clean and wash the fresh spinach, removing any sand. Remove any coarse leaf ribs. Gradually add it to a pot and heat until it has wilted. Thaw frozen spinach or heat it briefly in the microwave so it can be more easily distributed in the casserole. For the sauce, bring the sour cream and cream to a boil in a pot. Season generously with salt and pepper. Layer everything in a casserole dish. Start with the potatoes, then add the spinach, bacon, potatoes, spinach, bacon, potatoes, and bacon. Pour the sauce over the casserole and then spread the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
